This 19th century invention is made modern by Asheville glass artist Hayden Wilson. It keeps butter fresh for several weeks at room temperature and is stunning stoveside.

How to use:

Fill the bell-shaped piece with butter and the bottom cup-shaped piece with a bit of cold water to protect your butter from light and oxygen. Change the water once or twice a week.
